The AL JABER SHIPPING AGENCY AND MARINE WORKS L.L.C. owns and operates a fleet of vessels consists of landing crafts/hot bitumen carriers/ oil tanker and crew boats. Our fleet is registered in UAE and classed with Bureau Veritas. Our fleet maintains a proud shipping heritage in the Gulf Area with fast, safe and economical transportation. The vessels are manned by qualified and experienced officers and are maintained by our own port engineers with the assistance from Al Jaber in-house work shop facilities. The marine maintenance team carry out a phased program of repairs to ensure a high degree of reliability and safety for sustained operation.
Our Marine Division support the oil and drilling industry in the U.A.E. by moving equipment and materials to the oil producing islands and offshore bases; it also lend support to the other divisions in the transportation of plant and equipment, together with the transportation of asphalt and bitumen from the Caltex refinery in Bahrain.
